If I could give the service department more than five stars, I would. V is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been exceptional. I set out this morning with several things on my list. Among them, a visit to Aldi’s and a truck inspection. As I turned into Aldi’s, I saw the shiny new Jeep/Dodge etc dealership. I checked with the service dept about doing an inspection and the new service manager, Jeremy, grabbed a tech from the shop who took my truck in right away. 30 minutes later I was done and on to the next list item.
