Closing with Hillsboro Title is painful. 2 experiences at 2 different locations several years apart, and both were a nightmare. Horrible response time and rude staff.
Title companies are a must. Don't trust a mortgage lender or broker to close your loan. As a former district manager for Wells Fargo home mortgage I beg you use a title comoany
