Had been asking for a out the door price for over a month, I was told yesterday I could not get the fees until the paperwork processed by the title company, I finally got the fees and out the door price today 2 business days before closing. I called to question the fees and was told they sent them about a month ago. If you had them and sent them a month ago why could you not provide them yesterday or any of the other times I called. Closing with Hillsboro Title is painful. 2 experiences at 2 different locations several years apart, and both were a nightmare. Horrible response time and rude staff.
Title companies are a must. Don't trust a mortgage lender or broker to close your loan. As a former district manager for Wells Fargo home mortgage I beg you use a title comoany
