I always see such a low rating on their google reviews. I just have to say I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys or their drivers. Here’s a 5 star review for taking care of all of our community’s trash 🤗
the latest is let’s add a contamination fee what is that i’ve been here 20 years and never had this they are just adding this to most customers in hopes they just pay it complete fraud i will be calling the attorney general or whoever to file a complaint when i called she said we can remove this time like they are doing me a favor and i said you dont have to care you are my only choice so ridiculous they have no pictures of this so called contamination fee
Contamination fees now with no explanation?? They put the recycling into their trucks, the driver never gets out so how do I know what it was or if it was mine? What a rip.off.. another time I was charged 40.00 for 8 extra bags. I never put any out! Had to ask for photos, wasn't even my house.. Watch your bills closely!!!
How convenient. After the inclement weather they bypassed the yard debris pickup. I don't work I don't get paid but still they don't pick up the yard debris and still get paid. I feel ripped off.
