I would be very cautious about using this service department. There seem to be some significant gaps in their quality control and technical standards lately. Even worse is the way they handle mistakes—no apology and a very dismissive attitude toward customers. If you value your vehicle’s longevity and want honest service, there are much better Ford dealerships in the surrounding area.
You just lost a brand new customer. This service department put 11.5 quarts of oil in my 5.0L F-150. I had to come back after researching and confirming that the technician dangerously overfilled my truck. I received zero customer service and no apology. I live between four different Ford dealerships and will never return to this one. They ripped me off and only refunded the difference for the extra oil once they were caught. Save your time and go elsewhere."
Had a tire emergency today and they had me in and out within an hour. Had to get my tire replaced. They did not have one in stock but found one somewhere close obviously because they somehow got it done. They are always friendly and always willing to help! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.
Friendliest and best interaction I have had with any Ford service department. Was passing through the area when my 2011 150 had a strange electrical issue. This happened after hours so after hours of checking every fuse, rely, battery and electrical connection I could think of I had it towed their service dept and came back in the morning. Excellent service from Randy and his tech/mechanic. We were on our way from Fort Worth back to Austin after a great weekend of fun at The Texas Motor Speedway for the races. My 2019 Ford F-150 shudders on the road in Hillsboro, Tx, and my wife immediately began to smell a burning smell. So I pull over at the Bucces. We discovered the transmission appears to have a leak.
