Friendliest and best interaction I have had with any Ford service department. Was passing through the area when my 2011 150 had a strange electrical issue. This happened after hours so after hours of checking every fuse, rely, battery and electrical connection I could think of I had it towed their service dept and came back in the morning. Excellent service from Randy and his tech/mechanic. We were on our way from Fort Worth back to Austin after a great weekend of fun at The Texas Motor Speedway for the races.
