I drive a Ford F-350 pickup. I was in Hillsboro on August 2nd at a gas station when my front brakes locked up. Could not move forward with the truck. We had a space at Marion Reservoir which we had to vacate by Tuesday, August 5 so since this happened on a Saturday I had it towed to Hillsboro Ford thinking that would be good. I talked to them on Monday, 4th and explained the situation. They said they understood but they wouldn't even be able to look at it till the following Friday. Kevin and Jake were wonderful from start to finish. They were thorough and well educated in the vehicle and the financing. Exceptional service. Kevin found exactly what we wanted and some. We are so grateful for the both of them. I would highly recommend Hillsboro Ford to anyone looking.
Very good experience. Mark and Jake had all the details worked out before I started their way. We were very happy with the accuracy of the details of the car and the financing. We drove 4 hrs , looked at the vehicle and signed paperwork with good interest rate in about 25 minutes all together. Then ate a good lunch with Mark. We would drive this far again for the experience.
