Amazing place the staff are super friendly wait time isn’t long staff go out of their way to do things for the customers pleasant experience

My partner's face blew up in size int he course of an hour or so. He had a severe tooth ache when he woke up and within an hour his face looked like someone took a bat to it. We took him to the hospital closest to us, he walked in, told them of his pain. A few minutes after he went in, other people came in. This is a different hospital. Father in law went to ER and we waited for ever just for him to be seen. So weak not able to stand struggle to breath. Heart rate going crazy. Monitor used for staff at desk was not working alarm going off but staff never checked. Took 6 hrs to admit him no food or water offered took 2.5 hrs just to take temp 102 and place iv. No meds started at all in ER waited the 6 hrs for him to get in room. Not sure how they rate so high everyone I speak with has nothing good to say have to question honesty of rating.

Not the best experiences. Experiences differed depending on the Dr's and nurses staffed. Didn't seem to know how to deal with blood draw from a sick toddler. When I went I left in more pain that when I went in. Dr didn't tell me everything my tests showed a nurse was the one that thought I should know and told me after the Dr left.
