They are so flexible and pleasant. The staff and doctors are skilled and friendly. We felt confident about our cat's care. He stayed overnight, and we didn't have to worry. They updated us. The facilities are also really nice and easy to access. Would recommend to everyone in the area.

I couldn't bring my dog in for the first time in years so my daughter brought him in. No problem right, routine heartworm test and shots. Nope they gave him 2 boxes of Bravecto, even though he's never been on it the whole time I've been taking him there. Again I'm thinking no problem I'll just take them back, only to be told they can't take them back once it leaves the office. If I had requested them I wouldn't have a problem with it!
