Outstanding service. We dropped in with a very last minute request for a certificate of health for a pup to take on a flight. The facility is AWESOME. Very clean, plenty of space for animals to stretch their legs, and a straight forward approach to care. The staff that helped schedule the appointment were very courteous and professional. We had been going to an "old country" vet for about 25 years. He was fine, but working his way into retirement. Found Hillsboro Advanced through a family member recommendation. They are in the same town as our old Vet. So the thing that really struck me was how nice everyone was. The girl that took my initial phone appointment to the receptionist and assistant that weighed in our 100 lb GSD. Our pup, Jackie, is very shy around strangers. So, she is not an easy one. They are so flexible and pleasant. The staff and doctors are skilled and friendly. We felt confident about our cat's care. He stayed overnight, and we didn't have to worry. They updated us. The facilities are also really nice and easy to access. Would recommend to everyone in the area.
