The team at Hills View Homes is top notch. The company uses quality materials and ensures there are no issues before closing. Jolene and Keely regularly communicated updates on the status of construction, clearly explained the process and did a thorough walk-through of all aspects of the house.
Jolene was absolutely the best! She explained everything and was patient with our whole family. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful home!!
I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Hill View Homes who worked to help me become a First Time home buyer. They were with me every step of the way from first walk through to signing the closing papers. Were able to answer any and all of my questions regarding the house and process of becoming a home owner. They have a great amount of Warranties and level of build when it comes to making their homes. If you are looking for a new home I would recommend seeing what is available with Hill View Homes.
Nice homes. BUT if they get caught up in a situation (lower than listed appraisal on a VA Loan) they will delay, deny, delay and hold earnest money without legal cause. READ what you sign. Know your rights and shop around!!
