Derrick Gabirelson of Hills View Homes in Rapid City had me sign a purchase agreement for a home, when I was denied by the lender and she told me and the salesman I would not qualify. The salesman told me I would not get my earnest money of $3,000 back. The purchase agreement has a financing contingency, but Hills View Homes does not stand by it.
