The venue is beautiful and absolutely has potential however the people that ran it were unprofessional. We just attended my sisters wedding and unfortunately it was a poor experience. The reception was fun, company was great, just the owner did everything she could not to be helpful and was actually rude. The bar was run by the family of the owner and they were looking up how to make drinks on their phone and the line and wait was ridiculous. The Hill’s Venue was the perfect venue for my friend’s wedding reception. The owners did an excellent job at renovating the venue to be functional as an event space while still keeping its historical charm. The original aspects of this space give it such a unique feel that is unlike any other venues in the area. Not only is the space beautiful, but the people who run the building are absolutely amazing.
