Dr Shyam Panicker is the best haematologist. My mom is under his care. He controlled her multiple myeloma very well. She is better since 2 years. He is a very busy doctor, talks very patiently and looks after you.

Didn't even make it as far as an appointment (first). Rang at 9am (published opening time 8.30am) only to receive a message saying that I needed to ring back during business hours (??). I left a message regarding my need to book an appointment. Rang again at around 9.30am and received a message saying that all operators were busy and to leave a message. Tried to call five times today. No answer. When they finally did answer a very rude person snapped to send an email to referral. If this is the way treat a protective patient what would it be like seeing the doctor.Sorry, We’ve gone elsewhere. You’re not the only specialist in the area. Reading other reviews you’ve a front office problem that’s costing you patients.

I had my third follow-up appointment with Dr Anita Shetty on 23/07/2026, and I continue to be so grateful for her care. Dr Shetty is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely down-to-earth. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel reassured.
