2 hours late when I called to ask if he was on time or not , was told on time
Extremely rude receptionists, the doctor was running about an hour late and they didnt bother to call and tell me. Moreover when I reached the receptionist just said doctor is running very late, no apologies or anything, more like deal with it or go somewhere else. I still waited for the whole time and there was still a patient ahead of me and they didnt even give me a ballpark estimate of time, and i had travel plans which were being affected, so I decided to leave. Only but the very best services received from Dr Patel and the admin team. I'm on complicated circumstances living interstate now and having to deal with aviation safety authority. Dr Patel and the admin team was accomodating, respectful and a great help helping resolve my issue in very timely manner. 10/10 no doubt the best specialist group I have ever visited
