Very prompt and was able to make it out the same day I called for a septic issue. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of info for what may be the issue and how to care for my septic system. Highly recommend.
I noticed the male driving truck #24 trying to jump over our chain link fence. I asked him to please use our gate instead of trying to jump over my fence because I didn’t want it to break. He replied he has done this a thousand times & the fence won’t break. I again asked him to just please use the gate because our house is for sale & I can’t afford to fix something else. He let out an irritated noise. I’m not judging on his size cause I’m not small but our smaller kids broke it once & it’s already been replaced so didn’t ne... read more
I had my septic system pumped by Hills Septic Services. The owner called to make sure that I was satisfied with the service.

I highly recommend Hills Septic Service. I like the fact I don't have to remember or think about how long it's been/ filing all of the paperwork with the county every 6 years. They contact me to let me know it's time for a pump and file everything! Very friendly and prompt
