Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life. I know that sounds hyperbolic but the treatment we received from the staff and the service provided by the company was truly exceptional. The free one time use of the ute and the free use of the trailer were so helpful to move in and out of the storage space. If we ever need to store anything again, we will make the trip up to Castle Hill (even though we now live 1hr away) just because we have such a good impression of the company. I have dealt with Hills Storage over a number of years , I have found them to be friendly, flexible and accomodating to my requirements as well as reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for short or longer term storage.
