Very helpful and informative
Bought a brand new rv back in 2021 and also purchased extended warranty. Told them that my water heater was making a strange noise and was told that was normal. Made many calls always sent to voicemail and never had a single returned call. Turns our the water heater was arching and could have very well led to fire. Fixed it without them because they are impossible to reach. Truly dissatisfied with the service after the sale. Do not stand behind their products.
My wife and I purchased a brand new TT from Hills RV. It was a positive experience from what started as a simple e mail inquiry. A quick reply ensued. Next was a very personable phone conversation, and not long after we committed to a purchase. No regrets travelling from north of Toronto to get amazing personal service. Love our new Highland Ridge! Mike is very professional and honest. We purchased our trailed in March 2024 and so far we are very happy with our choice. We wanted extra things installed in our trailer and everything was done well.
