I would recommend staying away from HARP (Hills and Ranges Private). In early 2025, I paid a substantial fee for a residential rehabilitation program following verbal assurances about suitability and support. The patient left the facility after approximately one day, and the rehabilitation program was not delivered as represented. A request for any refund was declined. Would not recommend if you are dipping into your super for this. I got diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after attending harp & they were not the least bit compassionate nor flexible with reimbursement or partial refund. - I only gave a 2 star based on the fact I did meet some remarkable people - staff included.
Randall is an exceptional human being… he is smart, charismatic, good looking and fun to be around… but most importantly… he cares… I cannot thank him enough for what he taught me and for his ever present patience and grace! Xxoo
Leaving a review for a rehab can feel overwhelming. It’s such a personal experience, and it’s not something you take lightly. But HARP truly changed my life — so if sharing this helps even one young woman, mother, sister or daughter who is struggling, then it’s worth it. My 19 year old son attended Harp with addiction issues and was literally transformed emotionally, psychologically and physically. As parents we couldn’t believe the growth we saw during his time at and most importantly, after the Harp program. As an educator I loved the wholistic deep learning structured approach that is embedded in a clear and strong philosophy on well being and development.
