Very understanding and not judgmental at all. I actually felt like she got what I was saying.
I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s taken me a long time to overcome my anxiety enough to contact a psychologist, and when I finally did I chose this place. Well I have sent 2 emails, an online form on their website, and even tried calling to no avail. I haven’t heard anything back from them at all. Terrible practice, especially when dealing with mental health. Definitely didn’t help my feelings of depression to be ghosted so many times by a service that was supposed to help me.
