Not happy at all with the services Melinda provided for us. She was not responsive whatsoever, took way too long to have repairs done even some that were health and safety concerns. Put up for lease sign without our knowledge, advised she would enter our property with master key if we were not home (we had two big dogs), went back and forth and billed us for damage that we reported at the start of our tenancy, and blamed us for it getting worse throughout the year.
