Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I wouldn't even buy my car unless Ricardo had looked it at and approved. Very honest and trustworthy.
I've been taking my car to this place for years. From my twin turbo Audi to my Ford Falcon GTP to my latest toy, my Super Pursuit ute. These guys are hands down, best mechanics in the Hills. Both Ricardo and his wife are down to earth genuinely trustworthy people, they have always been fair with pricing. I just wish my lawyer was as good and fair.
Please stay away if you can. Went in for a safety check, the least they could do is make sure the check went through so that I could renew my rego. But all they cared about was charging me and not even bothering to be transparent about the check not going through. I had to follow up a few times and it took around 20 hours just to get them to update the check.
Was able to help me with my transmission at short notice despite the workshop being busy! Friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars.
We had an issue with our Audi in December, and with only one car at the time, my husband decided to try this mechanic as our usual one was fully booked after the holidays. Big mistake.
