pleasant people to deal with when they're about to get money off you, but arrogant jerks when it comes to rectifying problems. Purchased 2016 Hyundai Tucson Highlander a few weeks back on a sunday. spent over 20k. travelled down from the central coast to inspect and finalised the purchase right before close of business.
