I had hired your company to take care of my lawn And to also do a spring cleanup. I was told that I would be charged a %160 for the cleanup. No one showed up on the days they were supposed to come out. No one bothered calling me to tell me that they could not come out I called the office several times And Was told that this information would go to the owner. Again no one called. I have been using Hill's Lawn and Grounds Care for years and for two homes. They have been great to work with. The workers are reliable and do a great job.

I have been being billed for work they never did since November of 24. I also just received a bill for work completed in April 25 that was not done. I mowed my grass for all of April, but they sent me a bill. No customer service response to my questions, just another bill. Don't use these guys!
