***Update: Response to Owner’s rebuttal. The original $5000 retainer paid to this firm was returned via official dispute resolution where the truth presented itself, was heard, and Hills at Law lost. That’s what happened … Plain and simple. For $5000, a defense attorney should NEVER tell their client they are guilty of a crime, which i ultimately was not, before being convicted of any crime, IMO. I am writing this review to share my experience with Justin Workman at Hills at Law. I hired him earlier this year based on his background, paying a $5,000 fee. Unfortunately, the representation did not meet expectations. Communication felt minimal, and it seemed like very little effort went into my defense. He took the first deal offered by the state rather than working for a better resolution. I would not recommend his services based on this experience.
