After telling you about their shark and how well they’ll fight for you, , they will take your $5000 retainer and do essentially nothing to defend you, even tell you that you’re guilty. Then, they Motion to Remove Themselves from the case right before trial, but try to KEEP all the $5000. It’s in dispute and will go to small claims if that doesn’t work.
