Can't complain about customer service as there wasn't any. I walked in with my bridesmaids and was actually ignored and we were the only people in the store looking around. We may have spent over $1000 in the store but without even a hello from the girl at the desk, we walked out.
Incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received yesterday morning when I went to find my wedding dress, I made sure to call the day before and check if there would be sizes available in my size (18) to try on, the lady on the phone sounded lovely and said I would definitely be able to try on something in the store. So I went ahead and booked a fitting. When I arrived at the store I was rudely informed that this wouldn't be the case, at no time did the lady try to offer me assistance or a friendly hello. A great experience purchasing my daughter's year 12 formal dress here. Very nice and helpful staff.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, have been in there on 3 separate occasions with 3 different people of varying sizes but yesterday's visit turned to tears as we rang the day before to make sure there were dresses for my sister to try on- who confirmed to them her size (18 in wedding dresses) to be told "yes definitely" and booked an appointment.
