I was two hours into an eight hour trip when I had my trailer rim let go. I managed to make my way to Hill’s and I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us because she was amazing. She knew the store, hardware, and what I needed. Hill’s didn’t have a replacement rim so she made a bunch of calls to local businesses to find one for me.
