Mr. Hill was contacted to work on a gas leak and replace a valve on my furnace through my home warranty. The experience overall was stressful for me😒 Brandon came day one, with answers to my many questions. Very professional and understanding. (Not having gas on a holiday weekend, was a headache😞) He came and got the job done. I gave Brandon and his crew 5stars💫 Definitely recommend Hills heating and cooling if needed👍😊

Zero integrity, since i live far away from IL.. brandon was so eager to keep in contact with me to get paid.. after i paid him to install a system at my home in IL. He started ignoring my messages. And didn't complete the job.. the system still brand new but doesn't work! I tried contacting brandon to fix it. I flew to IL as well and he never showed up.. he never even took the old heat exchanger as he was supposed to. He just threw it inside my kitchen. I called my home warranty company this morning when I found out my A/C wasn't blowing cool air. Hill's Heating and Cooling (Family owned) was dispatched to conduct the repair. Brandan and his Brother came in the afternoon and went straight to work. They found and repaired the problem in no time flat.. I gladly give them 5 Stars for their customer service, response time and quality of worked performed. They are truly Second to None!
