Betsy and Jessica were incredibly professional and kind on the phone today and last week when I called to schedule a service call. Nelson from Quality Service Company was also very kind and professional and had us back up and running within an hour! Couldn’t ask for better service. This is my first encounter with Hill’s/Quality Service Company and they’ve made a brand new happy customer out of me! Thank you!

Kymberly was pleasant to talk too. She listens to our situation, she had someone out that afternoon to quote us a new unit and it was installed within a few days. If you need a new unit make sure to talk to her. She was great to work with!
