Shirley was excellent in her communication and service when my very elderly mother lost one of her hearing aids recently. She explained the options to me, which the original supplier of the aids had been unable to do, and was able to organise a new pair of hearing aids at minimal cost. She made time for my mother, was patient and then delivered them to her home which was not nearby. We can highly recommend her.
