I paid for a standard inside-and-out car clean. After paying, I checked the interior and noticed several areas hadn’t been cleaned properly. They hadn’t even vacuumed some of the areas. I asked if the inside of the doors had been wiped and he said ‘yes, I did it myself’. I pointed this out to the worker and showed him the remaining mess. That's why the shop is call "Detailing" - I did an Exterior wash and the team even cleaned the windows from inside (it is part of their Exterior wash). I had baby sunshades stuck on the window inside, the team took the sunshades off, wiped the inside windows clean, and re-stick the sunshades back onto the windows - WOW - very detail, nothing is miss, even the gap on my boot door is cleaned, what a great service!!! Positive comment --- I parked at this car wash place, I prepaid online elsewhere thinking it was Hills Hand AutoSpa (I wanted for my car wash here!). An Asian staff gentleman came to enquire about me, I explained I came to the wrong place and he kindly pointed me to the car wash place I prepaid. He said he could wash my car but I already prepaid at another place (my stupid mistake!).
