Will not recommend to anyone! Lisa was very rude and unprofessional, talked to me over the phone as if I was a child. I tried to get my taxes filed but they made the whole process and experience very difficult. To make matters worse after going in to tell the staff how she treated me over the phone not a single person apologized. One thing I learned not to do in the business industry and that is disrespect your customer.

I called with a question, and the woman I talked with spent 15 mins on the phone with! Very knowledgeable, very helpful! I appreciate her kindness and helpfulness.

Called to find out information on filling my taxes. Woman answered the phone and stated her sister did not receive a refund because of hospital bills and other things. Strange for her to just state that for no reason over the phone. Stated it was because of hospital bills along with other things when I asked her since when do they do that. Overall I will not be using this tax office maybe I should ask the woman’s sister where she went.
