This year I needed to use the collection service as I could not get the car to Kidderminster. Prompt friendly service department, competitively priced with a good detailed print out of all work completed and advice of additional work required due to age. I also had the car MOT'D. The car was returned on time and had been cleaned too. Very pleased with the whole process and will be returning next year.

As always customer service was excellent. We were greeted within minutes of our arrival and in a very warm and welcoming way. James was so helpful and kind as are all the team we came across , he explained everything clearly and Ben from finance was very polite too. Nothing is ever too much trouble here, they will always strive to get you want you want or what is best suited to your needs. I’ve bought 6 cars from here and never once had a bad experience.
