The worst customer service I have ever received. There were 4 staff working and I’m standing at the counter to pick up a prescription and I’m not sure if I was invisible or what. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I then went to ask the “girl” in the back for help and she looked at me and turn the other way as if I didn’t even exist. I will never go there again.
They always treat you like family. You don’t feel like just a number. They are fast. Thank you for your hard work, GOD BLESS YOU!!!!
Hill's Drug Store has some of the worst customer service that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They don't have/can't get the parts that I have needed for my Drive knee scooter and the communication has been horrible. Multiple times I have been told that I would be contacted, and I never hear a thing. There is virtually no follow-through on requests. They definitely need more competition locally.
