I arrived prior to opening so that I knew I would the 1st patient and be able to get in and out before work. I sat in the waiting room about 5 minutes before someone realized I was even there. Then waited a good 15-20 minutes, I was the only customer. Since I knew what my issue was they had me give a urine sample, which results would be completed in 40 seconds per the nurse. Don't come here unless you want to deal with nurses and doctors who sit and do absolutely nothing but waste your time. They say 15 min and it ends up being an entire hour later. This is supposed to be RAPID FAST care. Not sit and have patients waiting an hour for a 2 min conversation. Do better.

Unfortunately I will not go again. Left office with an "i don't know, go get testing" for something as simple as an infection that needed antibiotics!

I saw Matt Hill at the Caro Rapid Care. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The staff was also very nice and efficient. I was in and out in no time.
