I cannot say enough good things about Hills & Dales Automotive. I have been patronizing their shop for several years. Everyone is polite and courteous. Never dismissive or condescending. Eddie went above and beyond diagnosing and repairing the dangerous wobble in my 2019 Jeep. The loaner car option makes appointments a breeze.
I was in a serious jam yesterday while visiting from out of town and these guys really helped me out! With service and kindness like that I might find an excuse to drive over and become a regular. Well done!
A few years ago my car wouldn’t start, they said “we’re not fixing it unless we fix everything that’s wrong with it” and gave me a 2,000-3,000 estimate. I told them not to touch it, had it towed out, and I figured it had something to do with the little oil leak on my car, so I instacarted oil and that literally fixed the issue. My car is still running today after a $50 self-fix that this shop “wouldn’t touch”.
I was stuck 3 hours from home and this care team got me in early and out in less than a half hour. Unreal customer service.
