In over 30 years of dealing with residential and commercial cleaners, Hills Cleaning is by far the worst. They are not very responsive to begin with, and the cleaning was a joke. For a deep clean on a rental, all they did was sweep the floors with a broom and swish around dirty mop water that left a residue. It looked worse when they were done than before they started. First off I went with this company because the rental company referred them. I should have gone with a different company. They were really bad at communicating I had to text and confirm my appointment multiple times because they didn’t send a confirmed appointment through text or email. The day before they were coming they said that they were going to be late which is fine with me. I had already moved out and left the keys in the mailbox.
