I attended here with my then 8 month old son. We saw Dr Kaur who did not allow me ask questions or speak to seek further clarity. When I’d speak she said “I’m speaking” She was rushing through and would only test for the 1 thing that we already knew he was allergic to. $600 and got the information we already knew. She just wants your money. Have since gone to a new clinic and have had a much calmer and more informative doctor. Who sees one patient through, rather than juggling multiple. Incredibly grateful - I reached out to this clinic for a medical assessment related to a job application and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The reception staff were kind and understanding, took the time to listen to me, and made the process feel much less stressful. Big shoutout to Alicia! I attended this clinic with my 9-month-old daughter. Our appointment was booked for 10:30am, but we only saw the doctor at 11:20am for 10 minutes consultation without any kind of examination on the baby. The prick test, quick and straightforward was finally done at 12:20pm and finished around 12:35pm. After that, with the results ready we waited again and didn’t see the doctor until 1:20pm.
