I had terrible experience here. I have been thinking giving comment on this for a long while. Not just for myself also for 10 thousand or more kids and parents who wasted their time and money here, the main thing is the kids who has allergies are still suffering. Here is my story: I went to see Dr Kxxx , the process of seeing her is talk about just 10 mins and waiting to do skin test then another kids in for 10 mins then my kid back for results and talked about it another 10-15 mins then left , paid 524 dollars. Edited review* Since attending the practice, service, care and explaination has been great. Sad it took my original review to receive better communication, hoping my experience helps communcation better in the future. Have rebooked as feel well supported in figuring out my daughters possible allergy. - would have been a 5 star review, if first forms of communication weren't as they were.
Dr Narinder Kaur is a fantastic doctor with gentle approach to providing medical care delivered in a simple and effective way. I found her approach sensitive and caring. She addressed all my questions, and I cannot be more satisfied from my experience as a mother. The medical information provided for prevention and lots of other relevant information provided to me as a mother is the evidence of how methodically she pays attention to detail. She is truly recommended. I am very grateful for the care she is providing.
