He made our experience at Hillrose28 so lovely - whether walking us through the impressive spaces throughout the building, explaining the unique features of each apartment or highlighting the vibrant community. Our family of three has never felt more comfortable and convenient than after moving into Hillrose 28. The building is very modern in design, and every detail reflects the care for residents. We especially like the rooftop garden here, and the kids love playing in this safe community. Everyone at the property is very reliable, and almost every problem can be quickly resolved. As a young person were studying in midtown, Hillrose28 is perfect for me! The building is very well equipped, and I especially like the gym and the rooftop viewing area, which is perfect for relaxing after work. The location is unbeatable, with restaurants and bars nearby. Dennis and his team have always been very professional and helpful, which makes living here feel very secure. The overall atmosphere of the building is both modern and comfortable, which is perfect for my fast-paced lifestyle!
