2026 Review- Retracted 2025 Review One of the first residents here, facilities and staff are great. It’s become too noisy but that’s part of living in New York. Would recommend
Ah, where do I start? my first interaction was with the porter Ozzie, well mannered fella with a Knicks hat (Go Knicks). Then there was the RM Dennis who was very charismatic, funny and informational. The concierge were no slack as well (Josh, Ralph and Danny). building was vary clean and welcoming with props to Ozzie lol. But in all seriousness the building was great and I'd highly recommend living there but I'm too broke.
I just met Dennis and he is by far the most welcoming resident manager I have ever come across. He made our experience at Hillrose28 so lovely - whether walking us through the impressive spaces throughout the building, explaining the unique features of each apartment or highlighting the vibrant community. And shoutout to Ozzie and Raphael who greeted us and made us feel at home!

The building's design offers an elegant yet modern living experience, with thoughtful amenities that cater to a variety of lifestyles. The staff at Hillrose 28 go above and beyond, consistently offering exceptional service. From the doorman to the management, everyone is friendly, professional, and committed to ensuring that residents feel at home.
Where I lived since the building’s completion, as a proud owner of an apartment at Hillrose28. Over the years, I’ve seen the comings and goings of the property staff, forming connections that felt more like a community than just a residence.
