Our first two visits we were impressed, however, my doc recently order a prescription (last week), and other than a text confirming receipt, I've heard nothing. I called today (5 days after the text) to learn that they called my doc because he ordered a size not available. I asked when they reached out to him, and they weren't sure! I asked that they reach out again because they are just basically sitting on my prescription.
