Douglas is a highly skilled and professional roofing metal specialist. After a very windy day, one of the large metal panels on my barn roof came loose. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, they were available and quick to respond. Douglas scheduled an inspection for the next day, clearly explained the difference between the older and newer metal seam systems, and then set up the repair soon after. I really appreciated how prompt, responsive, and efficient the whole roofing service was. The metal roof repair was done with ... read more
i was extremely impressed with the roofing team for both my roof and my dad s roof in Camarillo. they were responsive, understanding, and professional through every step of the roofing process. i have high standards, and they went beyond what i expected with their roof installation work and overall customer care. In my case, the new roof install was a little more complex because solar panels had to be removed before the roofing work could begin. Douglas and the crew took the time to coordinate with the solar provider, go ove... read more
I would recommend this roofing company without any hesitation. I was new to Camarillo and spent time comparing prices and reading reviews before choosing them, and now I understand why they stand out. The crew was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about roof leaks and repairs. I originally called about a leak coming through the ceiling in my master bedroom and dripping onto a dresser, but during the inspection they also found another hidden leak that was even more serious. I really appreciated that they pointed it... read more
i was really stressed about choosing the right roofer and spent a lot of time comparing bids for composite shingles, metal shingles, and standing seam systems. In the end, i chose Highpoint Roofing Llc, and i am very happy with that decision. Douglas was honest, easy to work with, and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly, while communication from the office stayed clear from start to finish. The roofing crew was careful, skilled, and very respectful during the full installation. The job took several days, and throu... read more
As a retired insurance adjuster, I had not been up on my own roof for quite a while because of knee problems. Douglas inspected the roof, pointed out the storm damage, and showed me clear photos so I could see exactly what needed roof repair. We reached out to my homeowner's insurance, and Highpoint Roofing Llc handled the roofing process smoothly with new shingles and new gutters finished in less than ten days from the inspection. The roofing crew worked fast, stayed professional, and did a great job cleaning up the propert... read more
