I’m writing this review out of my own Volition, not because someone asked me to. Jeremy at Hillpro Plumming runs his own personal Plumming business, and so his rates are so much better than the big companies. He is such a good, kind, honest guy. So glad I found him to do my Plumming needs. Love the guy!!. I highly recommend him.
Jeremy at Hillpro Plumbing was one of the names recommended to us by Sand & Swirl to assist with our bathroom remodel. After a lot of research, we selected Hillpro - and we are thrilled we did. He coordinated everything needed: tearout of old shower tile, installed new plumbing, arranged the install for Sand & Swirl product, and arranged for the installer for the new shower door. Jeremy is reliable and always does a fantastic job! He’s fixed a drain pipe and installed a new toilet for us.
Jeremy came out to fix a water pressure problem, something that has been nagging us for a long time. He did all the right checks and found that we actually DIDN'T have a pressure problem, but a problem with all of our faucets (lots of sand and grit built up over time -- crappy Syracuse water). He saved us from attacking the wrong problem. Now everything works great. Love a plumber who tells you how to fix your own problems! Solid, solid, solid professional. Jeremy was great, took care of the install and the cleanup. He showed up on time as planned. Also while he was installing our water softener he fixed some bad fittings! Would/do recommend him to anybody for plumbing!
