If I could give zero stars I would.. This is the final straw.. Moving a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor over a family of 2 adults (1working from home while the other is a Full time college student) is unacceptable. Allowing people to move in after 6pm up until 12am is ridiculous.. I will be putting in my notice ASAP.. I found out they tell people the apartment they pick during the leasing process isn't available/ready and then pick somewhere anywhere in the complex for them to rent and people are so des... read more
I am so unsatisfied with the location I was at and would like to speak to corporate! The leasing office is rude! The maintenance guys only do their job half way so nothing is ever really fixed! It became a usage place to live! We have a shooting in front of our building where cars got shot up! Then across from my door directly my neighbor had her home broken into and she was dragged out of her home in broad daylight! The courtesy officers are never there and they allow about anybody to live there. It is full of young kids so... read more

Hello I currently live at Timber Ridge 9201 Southwest 108th Pl Ocala, FL 34481 I am writing this review for ONE thing only which is the INTERNET I have lived in this apartment for 2 months only and due to construction around this complex Internet goes out weekly and been multiple outages that last whole days. I work from home and it has cost me money and days because Internet goes down every week I contacted the manager at this location multiple times and she keeps saying the same exact thing every time and will not provide ... read more
