The customer service agent is great!
The apartments they manage are very over priced. They advertise lower prices around $1400 a month for a two bedroom but when you go in person, they add on a lot of monthly fees that you are not allowed to opt out of and the monthly rent ends up being closer to $1700-$1800 a month for a small two bedroom. It’s price gouging and unaffordable. They are pricing Floridians out of their home state.
Really friendly people here. That is the first and most important attribute of a service business. Congratulations on all of the success!
If I could give zero stars I would.. This is the final straw.. Moving a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor over a family of 2 adults (1working from home while the other is a Full time college student) is unacceptable. Allowing people to move in after 6pm up until 12am is ridiculous.. I will be putting in my notice ASAP.. I found out they tell people the apartment they pick during the leasing process isn't available/ready and then pick somewhere anywhere in the complex for them to rent and people are so des... read more
