Corporate never answers their phone completely useless. I would strongly advise against living at Pointe Grand Ocala. Especially building 600. The roach infestation here is out of control. Despite the pest control treatments, the problem never improved because the roaches were in the walls and common areas. I kept my apartment spotless, but it didn’t matter I still saw them daily, including in my kitchen and bathroom. They were even in our bed and our clothes. Horrible place to live you can hear all the noise in the world…they take on a tour downstairs so want hear what it really sounds like when your neighbors walk around ..you can literally hear anyone talking while your inside your own home …It’s a very unfriendly environment… It’s almost turning into some projects which it will soon become they just take your money…there’s a person who sells weed up the walk way from me …an management is not what you think all smiles an lies be careful of this property looks good but it’s real... read more
