I contacted Hillmuth for a simple tire plug — a quick, routine fix that typically takes just 10–15 minutes, and was told they were booked for days and required an appointment. While I understand that shops can get busy, this left a poor impression. The real issue seems to be that small jobs like this aren’t considered worth their time, that sends the message that unless there’s significant money to be made, the customer’s needs and time aren’t a priority.
