Great experience. I did an overnight dropoff. Plenty of parking spaces. Justin called at 7:29AM to go over the issues and get my information. Justin was my point of contact the entire way which was great so I didn't have to start all over again explaining to someone new. I ended up using the shuttle service to pick the car up from my office in Columbia. I can't remember her name, but the shuttle driver was very friendly. For the sake of both employees and customers, I'd recommend this company remove the troglodyte who's working the front desk. I went in to pick up my mother's car that was in for an oil change with my sibling. The man was confused about which vehicle we were there for (it was parked right outside), and instead of listening to us, he yelled at us to sit down. WOW do these guys WAY overcharge! I used to use this place for my vehicle repairs a long time ago and stopped because of how much they charge. My vehicle recently broke down a few blocks away from here, so I had to basically coast into this place. Since I have used them in the past and they've done good work, I thought why not. My vehicle needed an a new alternator and serpentine belt. Something that the KIA dealership quoted for $2,100 (very high quote). I finally found a reliable, trustworthy, capable garage! I took my son’s car to Hillmuth for repairs and had such a good experience we’re going to take our other vehicles to them, too. Everyone there was friendly and responsive, but Tim Karsner was incredible. He kept in touch the whole time, and went out of his way to get a response and payment from our warranty provider when they dragged their feet. I highly recommend Hillmuth.
