Brought my car in for a state inspection. They recommended several additional service items, which I declined. Specifically I felt the quote for a tire rotation was excessive and asked that they defer this service. At pickup, the cost was quite a bit higher than I had been quoted over the phone for the services I requested. On review of the receipt, they had done the tire rotation I had requested they defer. At Hillsmuth you are taken care of like family, I hit some snow concrete and flattened my tire. I called Terry and got an apt that day and all 4 tires needed replaced. They replaced the tires and balance them and rotated the tires and I was on my way the same day. The gave me estimates and called to give me options of what I needed to replace if I couldn’t do it all at one time due to price. I would highly recommend .
