DO NOT MOVE HERE Don’t pay attention to the positive reviews. Hillmeade has drawings for residents who place positive reviews to win money. We’ve been here a few years and the property has gone downhill completely.Our current property management and maintenance team are nice but Aimco, the company that owns the property is as cheap and greedy as it gets. All the neighbors I know feel the same way. There’s dog crap all over the place. People keep large dogs off leash despite the policy that all dogs must be on leash. Walkways... read more

The automated bot response by Susan to negative reviews is FAKE. They will not look into concerns or care. These apartments are a DISASTER and the apartment business owners, management, and office people are a big part of it. Dirty, maintenance nightmare, people get their cars towed regularly, not trespassers, but the residents and their guests. They even towed people on Christmas once when everyone had family and friends over. The office people cannot be trusted and talk to residents like they are their employees, unless... read more

Ignore the paid advertisers leaving good reviews Dirty, maintenance nightmare, people get their cars towed regularly, not trespassers, but the residents and their guests. Amazing first rental for us! Hillmeade apartments has been a wonderful experience, with accommodating features, luxurious space, great amenities, and truly we could not have asked for a better apartment! Service staff is wonderful and front office is so helpful. Property is also beautiful!

Great staff/Great place We moved in almost a month ago and we are obsessed with our apartment, we almost never want to go out. Had a ton of questions and Ron(property manager) was always quick to answer and incredibly helpful. We have had two problems with our kitchen appliances already and had maintenance out here the very next day to fix it. Great place to live!

Don’t. If you like ticks and spiders then go for it. Lots of ticks, spiders, mosquitos, cracks, gaps, and holes in walls. Also, paper thin walls and ceilings, so you’ll hear everything. Sounds like your neighbors live with you, inside your unit. And then you have ticks and spiders. So that’s fun.

don’t move here the floors are paper thin. if someone is above you, you can hear them drop a pin. literally. if someone is below you, you will have to tip toe around all day. lose-lose. can’t wait until my lease is up.

Better places for the same price I couldn't wait to live at Hillmeade. It seemed so great when I first moved in, but then it turned into a nightmare. Between the unresponsive maintenance team, the hidden charges, and the unhelpful management company, it's not worth it. Let’s begin with the office staff. If there was ever a question, issue, or concern, the office staff was not helpful. Rather than admit culpability for a problem, they never seemed to be knowledgeable or apologetic. The property manager, Ronnie, is rude, unprofessional, condescending and standoffish. He cares about money. He does not care about the residents. The maintenance staff never once informed me prior to entering my apartment, which by TN law is illegal.
