Aimee doesn’t go to bat for her listed property owner at all. Lost a lot of $$ on my property because of her. Rather she brings down your price so she can sell to her local friends and family. Better off listing with a realtor to attract those with $$ across other areas of state looking for a cottage. She also quits answering calls.
Aimee does a wonderful job and is very helpful.
