The owner is dishonest, she stored my fur for many years , she charged in addition to storage fee an annual cleaning fee , for a service I did not requested or was provided . She also charged me an entire year for less the 1.5 months for the last year. I was not provided a copy of the invoice. She should not be in business! Dishonest and unprofessional!
You are dealing with real experts at Hillis. I bought a couple of vintage fur coats over the years (PS vintage market, etc.) and then they started to fall apart and yea, I have not really been properly taking care of them. I took them here to see if they were worth saving and they are not. But I got a great quick advice on fur care and selection (be sure skin is soft and supple).
