Highly recommend! After sending pictures to our insurance for our grandparents’ older vehicle, the insurance company wanted to total it and wasn’t giving us a clear value on what they would pay out. Based on insurance auctions, similar cars were going for less than $2k (KBB puts our value at $7k). We decided to get a second opinion and brought the vehicle in to be inspected by professionals. Having your car in the body shop and dealing with the insurance has never been a pleasant experience for me, but dealing with Arthur through this process made me feel confident that my car was in the best hands possible. He was extremely accessible, very knowledgeable, answered all my incessant questions and really went above and beyond.
