Having your car in the body shop and dealing with the insurance has never been a pleasant experience for me, but dealing with Arthur through this process made me feel confident that my car was in the best hands possible. He was extremely accessible, very knowledgeable, answered all my incessant questions and really went above and beyond. Arthur and his crew went above and beyond any expectations I had. He was knowledgeable about all the insurance processes I was dealing with, communicated frequently and was fair with pricing and time to complete the work. I highly recommend this shop.
