Asked about brake pads and 1 rotor. I was told i would need to replace both rotors because that's what you do, not because I need one. I was quoted double what the other shop quoted me. Shop was definitely a good old boy operation... parts and boxes placed everywhere. No obvious signs of cleaning for years. I was able to walk directly into the repair bays which smelled like beer and cigarettes. Other customers were in the bays with the employees.
