I love this vet practice! They took such great care of Tank and have been dedicated in their promise to follow up after Tanks surgery. A special shout out to Dr. Janelle. She’s an amazing veterinarian and we’ve so appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
One year ago on June 1st… my dog was in your care. It was the second surgery. This was a situation where my opinion didn’t seem to matter and what was promised didn’t get delivered. We are rather obsessive about our cats/kids. Everyone at East Hilliard understands how we feel and takes the best care of our babies. They really are the best!

I love this place so much! Everyone is SO WONDERFUL and sweet. They all care about every animal that comes through the door. I just moved here from WV and was so upset to leave my vet, but East Hilliard Veterinary Services have made me feel at ease. Thank you all for being so amazing!
Most of the Vets are great. Twice have had to absolutely refuse a teeth cleaning. I am not spending a thousand dollars on teeth cleaning. Now the practice has cancelled the last series of vaccination, need to see a vet, more money. Techs have done it in the past. Sold me prepaid service and want me to change my work schedule so the practice can charge my even more money. All about the benjamins. The vets are good, just expect to office visit for every service.
