RecommendedYesterday I had called to get our Dog Bentley in to see a doctor as he was not doing well. They were booked solid but I was told I could drop him off and one of the Doctors would use his lunch to see him. Dr.Dave and his nurse came out and helped me get Bentley on the stretcher. In January (2020) we adopted a Cav Spaniel mix (Billy) from a local shelter. Within a few weeks, we noticed that one of his “baby” canines had fallen out but the adult one wasn’t growing in it’s place. We took him to our local veterinarian for some xrays and found out that the baby canine had actually broken off and was a risk of abcess. Took great care of my dog and did an excellent job with her procedure! Very good with communication and making sure you understand what's going on and keeping you updated with everything.
Everyone I spoke to (receptionists and Dr Klein) was incredibly friendly and I felt really cared about me and my dog. We drove from Cincinnati because of their great reputation but also because they were much less expensive than our local Med Vet. We went expecting just a consultation, but found out when we got there that after the consultation they would do the procedure same day. They are the sweetest people ever. They took such good care of my doggie. I drove 2+ hours and it was totally worth it! I wish I lived down there so they could be my full time vet! I really appreciated their compassion and how they kept me updated throughout her surgery.
I highly recommend East Hilliard Veterinary Services! We have taken our beloved dog, Trooper, there numerous times over the past 7.5 years for checkups and medical care. He absolutely loved Dr. Chris and the rest of the team there. We recently lost our brave Trooper and Dr. Chris and the entire East Hilliard Veterinary Services team were absolutely amazing in their compassion, medical advice, and care leading up to, through, and beyond our loss.
Dr. Tom is the best! Devi went back to bite work on the big soft bite pillow today and no pain! Full, strong, hard grips all the way. She was so happy that I have bruises from her tail!
Always a pleasant experience. All the staff is so wonderful and very passioniate.
