I was a tenant of Finley Properties, owned by Shelley Finley, for 3 years. In the duration of that time, Shelley never spoke a single word to me, and only communicated through her property manager, Isabel. TL:DR getting any maintenance was akin to pulling teeth, the foyer and basement were absolutely filthy, the lawn and exterior were dilapidated, and the only word to accurately describe Finley Properties is “slumlord.” I moved into a unit on Georgetown Dr. in April 2022, renewing a roommate’s lease. Shelley from Finley properties kept my security deposit after leaving the place spotless and paying a professional cleaner. She's the absolute worst. She made up some story about animal urine and I've NEVER HAD AN ANIMAL! Slumlord. Stay away.
Great people and we love living here. Have felt supported during our time here and we like the area very much!
Please DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF SHELLEY’S PROPERTIES!!!!!! They are dirty unkept and she will not fix any problems no matter how many times you ask. Air Bnb will NOT help you if you book through them!!!!!
