I have been living here at the Hilliard Summit in a townhome now for 4 years and I can honestly say I am so impressed with our new manager, Loren! She has been going above and beyond for our community and I am so appreciative of her. She responds literally immediately and truly cares about everything! We got about 4 inches of snow, and they’ve yet to clear any sidewalks or clear the roadway three days after the snow. This place has very poor maintenance. The parking hair is already limited, and not being able to see where to park due to the snow covered. Roads makes it even harder not to mention this place is very dim at night.
