BE CAREFUL OF MAINTENANCE!!!! Maintenance came in for routine planned entry and broke my coatrack. Never said a thing, I had to discover it a couple hours after they left. They are refusing to acknowledge it or replace it. So current and future residents make sure you are home when they enter your home and watch them like a hawk. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! From the moment I signed my lease this apartment has been nothing but problems. They originally pushed my move-in date back 2 weeks, then 3, then all together said due to flooding I would have to be put in a new unit. The unit I signed for had a basement, and was a 2bed 3 bath unit, when it was no longer available and I went in person to resolve the problem I saw exterminators there trying to get into the unit I had originally signed for. They only deal with what they want to deal with. No urgency or care about anything but best believe they’ll send you fines for the most random things. Seems like all they care about is the money not the residents. They try to enforce rules but only for certain people, mind you i follow ALL of their stupid rules. Don’t attempt to complain because they honestly don’t care. Apartments may look nice but don’t waste your money or time trying to live here.
