I called in to report an issue with receiving calls to our business VOiP. I was directed to Dale, with whom I have worked with before on other IT projects. He immediately created a "ticket" and then personally researched the issue. Turns out it was an AT&T problem and nothing wrong with VOiP. Great personal service.
